Hi, I’m Kian. I own and operate Evergreen Haven. I built this home because I believe senior care should feel personal, consistent, and warm. Our team is small on purpose. Everyone who works here knows each resident by name, by preference, by personality. We keep our staffing tight, our meals made from scratch, and our standards high, because that is what this work asks of us.
Evergreen Haven sits on a quiet cul-de-sac along the 15th hole of Capital City Golf Course. The home was designed with big windows that fill the rooms with natural light, a landscaped garden where residents love to spend time outdoors, and open common areas where everyone gathers for meals and conversation. It is a real home in a real neighborhood, and it feels that way the moment you walk in.
Every meal here is made from scratch in our kitchen. Three full meals and two to three snacks each day, tailored to each resident’s dietary needs, whether that means diabetic-friendly, renal, low-sodium, or simply their personal favorites. We care about presentation, too. When families visit and say the food looks like something from a restaurant, that is exactly the point.
Every resident has a care plan built around who they are, not just what they need. We work closely with each resident’s doctors, therapists, and specialists to make sure their plan stays current and covers everything that matters.
We keep a consistent 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio, which means our team has the time to truly know each person and catch changes early. Our caregivers are trained, background-checked, and familiar faces to every resident. We coordinate closely with doctors, home health agencies, therapists, and hospice teams, and we keep families informed every step of the way.
You can call or text us directly. There is no front desk, no phone tree, and no waiting for a callback. We send regular updates and photos, and when something changes with your loved one’s health or routine, you hear from us right away. Good news or tough conversations, we believe families should always be in the loop.
Evergreen Haven is fully licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) as an Adult Family Home. We maintain thorough care records, follow all WAC requirements, and consistently pass inspections.
Our home is equipped with a full NFPA 13D residential fire sprinkler system. To increase our licensed capacity, we completed more stringent safety inspections and invested in infrastructure that goes beyond standard requirements.
