Gardening and outdoor time – tending flowers, light yard work, or simply enjoying fresh air on our garden patio
Music & movement – sing-alongs, chair yoga, gentle stretching, and rhythm-based exercise
Creative expression – baking, art projects, puzzles, seasonal crafts
Mind games & conversation – crosswords, trivia, word games, and coffee-table discussions

Spiritual support for those who wish it, including visits from local faith leaders or private reflection time

Reminiscence therapy such as storytelling, photo sharing, or listening to music from residents’ favorite decades
